1. In-House Dining Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your meal while dining in our restaurant, please notify a member of our staff immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation and offer a replacement or alternative dish. If you still feel unsatisfied, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
2. Online Orders and Delivery
For online orders or delivery services, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
